Sylvia’s Echo was created in response to a brief from SXRVXVE and Feeling Gloomy.
Emotionally, Hana is connected to Pulp’s “Sylvia”, because the song could be about her. She is Sylvia, through her past experiences.
For Hana, it refers to the relationship she has with her illness. Not knowing what it was; once so elated and free then all of a sudden hollow and morose, she scorned herself for her inability to be the woman she wanted to be.
